In reply to your Despatch No. 101 of

the 27th, of last March, informing me that you had call--

ed upon Mr. Duggan to retire from the Service of this

Colony from the expiration of his leave on the 20th. of

last March, I have the honour to transmit to you the en-

closed papers showing the mount of pension to which

Mr. Duggan is entitled,
